Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: When will the apartments be ready to move in to?

Move in dates vary dependant on which core apartments are in. Completion of the development is currently Winter 2020/21.

Q2: Will there be parking?

Yes, there will be exclusive secure undercover car parking.

Q3: When can you reserve an apartment?

You can reserve off-plan, with reservations being taken by Savills at the Park Quadrant Residences showhome. Phase 1 is sold out. We have a selection of apartments in phase 2 and phase 3

Q4: What is the reservation fee?

The reservation fee for apartments is £2,000 plus 2.5% on conclusion of missives within 21 working days.

The reservation fee for penthouse apartments is £2,000 plus 5% on conclusion of missives within 21 working days.

Q5: What is the Owners Club?

The Owners Club is a members-only club for those wishing to register interest. Members will receive regular updates on the development before the general public.

Q6: Are there lifts?

Yes, there will be a lift located in each block with eleven in total.

Q7: What do the homes cost?

One bedroom with study flats start from £405,000.

Q8: Is there outdoor space?

Yes, many of the apartments have private balconies, patio gardens and/or terraces. A communal landscaped garden, seated area and walkway will be located to the south, facing Park Circus Lane.

Q9: Who are the developers and what is their experience?

The company which owns the land is Ambassador Developments (Park Quadrant) Ltd a Scottish-based company. The developers are Ambassador Residential which is led by a team with a strong track record in the house-building industry and expertise in delivering highly sought-after, quality homes.

Q10: Who is the warranty provider?

Premier Guarantee.

Q11: Will the design complement the existing buildings?

The design is sensitive yet bold, traditional yet contemporary and seeks to celebrate being part of the completed masterplan, whilst having its own confident contemporary architectural language.

Q12: When will the development be completed?

Construction is due to be completed by Winter 2020/21.

Q13: What times of day will the building work be carried out?

Building work will be carried out weekdays between, 07.30 – 18.00 and Saturday 08.00 – 14.00.

Q14: Will there be anything done which will benefit local residents?

As part of the work, landscaping and repairs will be carried out on lanes and surrounding footpaths to bring them up to a higher, more fitting, quality standard.
